Policies:
Appointments- All pets are seen at pre-scheduled appointment times. To make an appointment, please call during our regular business hours and one of our staff will be happy to help you.
Hours- Mon., Tues., Thurs. 8:30-8:00
Wed. and Fri. 8:30-6:00
Sat. 8:30-1:00
Payment of all fees is expected when services are rendered. Payment may be made by cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover. We also offer CareCredit, which allows qualified owners to pay for their pet's care over time and free of interest. there is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.
Admitting and Releases:
We request that all patients being admitted for surgery arrive between 8:30 and 9:30 AM. To avoid confusion, releases of surgical patients or boarding pets will be done after 10:00AM only. When admitting your pet please be sure that we have your home, work and /or cell phone numbers, and any other emergency number you may wish us to have.
